
MHC Players garner All Region Honors
Rockland's Dominguez nominated for All American
Nov.4 - A couple of Mid-Hudson Conference players have been voted into the Region XV All-Region Team.
Christian Dominguez (Rockland), Codey Stetler (Dutchess), Anthony Flores Rodriguez (Ulster) and Matthew Sepulveda (Ulster) were voted into the First Team All Region. While Anthony Pascarelli (Orange), Enderson Mhilli (Westchester), and Olerumi Williams (Rockland) were voted to the Second Team.
Cesar Mazariegos (Westchester), Henry Rubenstein (Westchester), John Paulsen (Ulster), Kenny Anderson (Ulster), Margarito Samayoa (Rockland), and Miguel Gonzalez (Ulster) were voted into the Honorable Mention Team.
Aaron Cueva (Westchester), Conor Moloney (Ulster) and Francisco Kondor (Dutchess) were voted, along with Pascarelli and Samayoa to the 2011 Sportmanship Team
Rockland's Christian Dominguez has been nominated to the 2011 All-American.

Ulster heads to Championship
Will face Nassau this Saturday for the Region XV Crown
Oct. 27 - For the second time in the tournament Nassau narrowly dashed elimination and earned a hard-fought, semi-final victory Wednesday afternoon. This time the host Lions edged upstart Borough of Manhattan CC, 2-1, in the semi-final round of the 2011 Region XV Men's Soccer Tournament. Nassau will host third seeded Ulster in the championship game on Saturday October 29. Ulster also survived a scare in Stone Ridge and blanked Bronx 1-0 in the other semi-final. Kickoff for the title match is set for 1pm at Mitchell Field in Uniondale.
Rockland's Season Ends with Heartbreaking Loss
Ends Season with 8-4-1 Record
Oct. 23 - Two goals from Lassamy Sesay was enough to lift Manhattan CC past host Rockland in a NJCAA Region XV quarterfinal Saturday afternoon. Rockland's Oluremi Williams tied the score with just less than seven minutes remaining. However just three minutes later Sesay took a pass from Anton Wesner and scored the eventual game winning goal. Kern Griffith made eight saves for fourth-seeded Rockalnd, which finishes the season with an 8-4-1 record.
Three MHC teams vie for Region XV DIII Crown
Ulster, Rockland and Westchester in the tournament
Oct. 21 - Ulster, Rockland and Westchester will compete in this year's NJCAA Region XV Division III Tournament. Third-seed Ulster will host sixth-seed Westchester while fourth-seed Rockland will host fifth-seed BMCC in the Region XV DIII Quarterfinals. Winners will advance to the next round. Both games will be played on Saturday, October 22 at higher seeds field. Games will begin at 1:00pm

Ulster's Gutierrez voted Most Valuable Player
Oct. 21 - Javier Gutierrez, a Sophomore Defender for Ulster CCC has been voted as the Most Valuable Player of the 2011-2012 Mid-Hudson Conference Regular Season. Voted into the All Conference Team are:

Rockland climbs NJCAA DIII poll
Hawks stands at 9th
Oct. 12 - The Hawks move to 9th place in the current NJCAA Division III Men's Soccer Poll. The Hawks have a 8-2-1 record after ending without a win last season.
Rockland - Westchester match ends in a draw
Game ends 1-1
Sept. 28 - The Hawks five game winning streak came to a halt after ending their game against the Vikings of Westchester in a 1-1 tie. Freshman Oluremi Williams registered the goal for Rockland.

Rockland starts season 2-0
Sept. 14 - Freshmen Chung Tran of Clarkstown South HS and Christian Dominguez of Suffern HS scored in the second half to boost the Rockland Community College men's soccer team to a 2-0 win over visiting Dutchess Community College. The Hawks allowed just one shot on goal.
